3. Important Dates & Draw Information
Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: December 15, 2026 at 12:15:00 p.m. PSTDraw
Prize Raffle draw: December 15, 2026 at 1:00:00 p.m. PST
If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.
Draw will be held at #2-7630 Montreal Street, Delta BC V4K 0A7
The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.
Winners will be posted online at https://bcpc-car-lottery.rafflenexus.com/winners on December 15, 2026.

4. Winner
Winner will be contacted by phone by the The Air Cadet League of Canada, British Columbia Provincial Committee.
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.
No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the The Air Cadet League of Canada, British Columbia Provincial Committee or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy
The Air Cadet League of Canada, British Columbia Provincial Committee does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints
Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: bcpc@bcpc-aclc.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Delay in Draw
Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

Lottery proceeds fund leadership training, aviation education, and citizenship for youths aged 12 to 18.

The program fosters leadership, citizenship, physical fitness, and aviation interest among youth aged 12 to 18.
Diverse Training Activities
Cadets engage in leadership exercises, community service, aviation ground school, and familiarization flying.

The program ensures financial barriers do not prevent participation, promoting
inclusivity throughout British Columbia.
Skills for Future Success
Cadets develop confidence, discipline, communication, and teamwork skills applicable
across careers and life.
